Dictamen (“we”) provides the Dictamen decision-of-record platform and this marketing site. We collect only what is needed to operate the service and respond to enquiries: contact details submitted through the diagnostic form, and aggregated, anonymous usage data via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

Information we collect

• Diagnostic form data: name, work email, company, role, workflow of interest, optional pain description.
• Server logs: IP address and request metadata for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Aggregated analytics: pageviews and event counts via Plausible (no IP storage).

How we use it

We use diagnostic submissions only to schedule a session with you and follow up if you request it. We do not sell, rent, or share contact details with third parties for marketing.

Data retention

Diagnostic submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner.
